- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. As our products are made from all-natural ingredients and each unit is handmade, processing times may vary slightly based on demand.

- Shipping Method: We ship exclusively within the United States. Once your order has been processed, you can expect standard shipping delivery within 5-7 business days.

- Product Integrity: Our flagship product, the tallow whip, may liquify during the warmer months due to its natural composition. Please rest assured that this is completely normal; once exposed to room temperature, the product will solidify again. If you prefer, you can also refrigerate it to return it to its original consistency.

#### Returns Policy

- Opened Items: Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on any opened items. We recommend that you carefully review product descriptions and ingredients to ensure that you select the right products for your needs.
