Your skin barrier's job is simple to describe — it helps hold moisture in and keeps everyday irritants out. A routine that supports it does not need ten steps; it needs consistency and a short ingredient list you can read.
Morning, three steps: (1) Rinse or cleanse gently — lukewarm water, no harsh scrubbing. (2) If skin feels dry, moisturize while it is still slightly damp. (3) Warm a pea-sized amount of tallow whip between your fingers and press it in. A little goes a long way; if it still feels shiny after a few minutes, use less next time.
Night, three steps: (1) Cleanse gently to remove the day. (2) On mask nights, mix, apply, slow down for ten minutes, and rinse — once a week is plenty. On exfoliation days, use a Bare Buff Pad gently instead, not both on the same day. (3) Finish with tallow whip to moisturize, as the last step.
What not to do: Do not add a new product every day, exfoliate daily, or layer several strong products at once. If something does not suit your skin, a short routine makes it easier to tell what changed. Patch test any new product first.
That is the whole routine — cleanse, treat on the right days, moisturize. Explore the range at bareintent.store.
